The Hellenic Heritage Institute is excited to offer “The Cuisines of
Greece” Cooking lessons series. This class is designed for all the
lovers of Greek Food.
Each class will take participants through a hands-on experience as
complete menus or theme menus are prepared and then enjoyed by the
class as a family meal. The atmosphere is friendly and hospitable in
the Greek fashion with music and other entertainment to accompany
you as you cook.
Join local chefs from the Greek community as they take you through
the preparation of some of Greece’s best known dishes as well as
some of their better kept secrets.
The Greek Cooking Classes, consist of 10 units, each one of which
includes a full menu, such as: Mezethes, complete main course,
dessert and wine.
Each menu will represent a specific region of Greece, or a
particular occasion, such as Holidays, weddings, Lent etc..
When: Thursdays, from 6:30pm to 9pm Start date: September 18,
2008
